Questione about storing records

Hallo

Yesterday i bought your full version App Tapes. But these are my problems:
Where are the records saved? The tape vault seems not to work.
Also a problem: After finishing the rocording by pushing the stop button, the app closes immeadetly. Please explain what could be wrong what the app?
